Résumé
Dans cet article, j'explique la valeur des perspectives autistes dans la recherche et soutiens que le soutien aux universitaires, aux leaders communautaires et aux professionnels autistes est requis en tant que considération pour une recherche inclusive. Je propose la consolidation, l'innovation et l'évaluation des principes de recherche inclusive, en tenant compte de l'agentivité épistémique, de la participation autiste et des résultats de recherche exploitables. Je présente ensuite les « Huit principes de neuro-inclusion », un outil réflexif que j'ai conçu afin d'encourager de nouveaux développements dans les pratiques de recherche inclusive. Grâce à l'application flexible de cette approche, il est espéré que de nouvelles méthodes inclusives innovantes se concrétiseront, dans la poursuite de la justice épistémique et en soutien à des résultats de recherche exploitables qui bénéficient à notre communauté de l'autisme.
