Résumé
Il existe un chevauchement notable entre l'autisme et les troubles du comportement alimentaire (TCA), et les personnes autistes peuvent connaître des résultats de traitement des TCA moins favorables que leurs pairs non autistes. Afin de susciter un changement significatif dans ce domaine, il est impératif que nous nous engagions activement dans la coproduction de la recherche ; toutefois, il n'existe actuellement aucune ligne directrice pour soutenir la coproduction avec des personnes autistes souffrant de troubles du comportement alimentaire. Cet article présente des lignes directrices de bonnes pratiques qui ont été coproduites au cours d'une série d'ateliers réunissant des personnes autistes souffrant de TCA, des chercheurs, des cliniciens, des organisations du tiers secteur et des parents/proches aidants. Ces lignes directrices sont destinées à servir de fondement à de futures recherches coproduites sur l'autisme et les TCA. En créant une relation de coproduction éthique et fondée sur la confiance, nous espérons produire des recherches plus pertinentes sur le plan clinique et plus transposables.
