Abstract

Research aims A systematic review aiming to explore current literature regarding autism-inclusive practices in mainstream education and stakeholder perspectives. Specifically, this systematic review aims to answer the following research questions: 1. How do mainstream primary schools promote inclusion practices for autistic pupils? 2. What are the experiences and perspectives of stakeholders (autistic students, their parents, peers, and educators) in mainstream education?
