Primary Question: Do interoceptive based interventions reduce symptoms of anxiety in autistic individuals (adults, adolescents and children)? Secondary Question: Where an interoceptive-based intervention reduces anxiety in autistic individuals, through which dimensions of interoception do these interventions exert their effects on anxiety?
