Abstract

This paper explores the professional literature on the positive characteristics associated with three conditions commonly linked to neurodiversity: Dyslexia, Autism, and ADHD. It considers the positive features that can contribute to an individual's ability to flourish and experience growth in the world. The paper proposes the term Neuro gain as a collective descriptor for these beneficial traits.
