Note: in phase 2, N=44 providers were surveyed, of whom N=31 were RBTs, N=1 was a BCABA, N=1 was a BCBA, & N=8 "indicated no coursework in behavior analysis. Although these eight individuals indicated no formal coursework, they were providing behavior analytic services to autistic individuals"

Note: ID is now used in autism research by (almost) everyone to subgroup autistics, but this study shows that an autistic with a VABS composite score of 114 can be judged ID, while an autistic with a VABS composite score of 54 (60 points or 4 SD lower) can be judged not ID--see Table 1
