Project under development — Launch planned for January 2027.

Report a metaphor or analogy

A passage, a source — the team takes it from there.

Suggest a passage or image using a metaphor, figurative comparison or analogy to represent autism, autistic people or an associated experience.

Sources may be written (scientific publications, media articles, personal accounts, etc.), spoken (speeches, lectures, conference presentations, interviews, etc.), visual (logos, illustrations, posters, etc.) or audiovisual (videos, documentaries, etc.).

For visual material, describe the image and provide a link or reference to its source. You do not need to classify the metaphor or analogy yourself. The team will check your proposal and its source before any publication.

The passage you found
Copy the original wording and enough surrounding sentences to understand it. Keep its original language; no analysis is required.

Fictional example — for illustration only

“Autism is another way of navigating the world.”

Tick this if you transcribed speech or are not certain of the exact wording.
Where did you find it?

Provide a reference or a link. One is enough; both are welcome.

A title, author, website, book reference, DOI or ISBN can help us find the source. You do not need to complete a bibliographic record.
